Re-engaging school dropouts with emotional and behavioral disorders Julia Wilkins Loujeania Williams Bost Abstract Students with emotional and behavioral disorders have the highest dropout rates of any student group — about 40%. This article presents the characteristics of reentry programs designed to reengage youth who have dropped out of school, with a focus on the needs of students with emotional and behavioral disorders.
